I announced Jacqueline together with Chantal a while ago and I mentioned both of them in my Newsletter. I'm happy to announce that she's now officially available for customer appointments. You can access her profile here.

While we had to let Chantal go because of lack of profesionalism after missing a customer appointment, Jacqueline already showed us that she has a very different mindset: A customer recently wanted to see her and Sophia to pick one of them. In December, it can be difficult at times to get a cab in Medellin. Jacqueline tried to get a cab for 30 min., but couldn't get one. Finally, she asked a cousin to drop her off at the clients hotel on his little motorcycle. So she hopped on the motorcycle, with make-up and hair done, nice dress and high heels, to still make it to her appointment on time. Well done, Jacqueline! That's the mentality we're looking for.

I also was very personally touched when I was able to watch how kindly Sophia took care of Jacqueline to get her prepared for her first customer appointment. She helped her putting on her make-up and she was just very sweet to her. Thanks, Sophia for being such a sport!
